Reserve Online Now! We sell beef by wholes, halves, and quarters. Beef prices are: -Whole: $2.50/lb -Half: $2.60/lb -Quarter: $2.70/lb with an additional cut and wrap fee of around $.60/lb. Online Reservations Now Available! You can make reservations now for our 2012 butcher season. Our first availability will be in late June or early July. We will contact you to let you know what date your beef will be butchered when you make your reservation. Select the quantity you wish to reserve. We will contact you by phone or email to finalize the arrangements. Please note that we ask for a $250 deposit for online orders. For more information, visit our FAQ page.
